CALIFORNIA QUEEN (10) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when sixth, beaten 4 lengths, over 900m at this track. Has further improvement to come and shapes as a leading player. LOYALTY (6) was responsible for a better run last start, beaten 5 lengths into fourth over 1000m at this track. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
