Competitive race. RAGHNALL can be forgiven first start as it was on wet ground. Much better when resuming over 1500m, so fitness levels excellent, on firmer ground and ran 2nd best last 200 of the race in a leader dominated event. Winner won by big margin but time was faster than BM56 by 6 lengths. ENCHANTED LASS has had three runs back from a long spell (that was the only run on good track so some excuse) and has gone well in last two starts. Ran well here at the trip last time when caught wide. PHANTOM'S CHASE would need the extended mile as a mimum to kick off, but has run okay in some freshen ups at the trip. Led and battled strongly against Saturday metro class Cafe Au Lait in jump out. MONSUN'S PRIDE had No No No No laying in on him here last start when needing to get moving and had to ease. Stuck to task well and first three gapped fourth. BLING BABY battled on well first-up and second up in first preparation ran a solid race at the 1600m a second start.
