On pace runners, 3, 6, 8, 11, 17, 19. COLUMBIA BLUE makes his home track debut today, first up. He's trialed here twice recently and he's ready to repeat history. He was a first up winner over this distance when he began his last preparation at Wyong in a race that produced outstanding subsequent form. ASTRONOMIX begins his second campaign after three lead-up trials. He can make his presence felt over this journey, aided by the claim for Anna Roper. TEQUILA BABY had too much to do first up at Randwick. Her unplaced effort must be forgiven when she presents race-fitter here, second up. CLEAR PROOF also presents first up after two trials. Dylan Gibbons was aboard on both occasions and this journey should be ideal with Dylan now retaining the ride on race-day.
