On pace runners, 2, 6, 9, 11. SPRING BLOSSOM immediately took the step out of maiden grade when she scored within this distance range at Port Macquarie. She should have more to offer with that effort now behind her. SATONO JASMINE has been dominant recently at Gosford and then at Hawkesbury and she is now more than ready to make her metropolitan debut. DEEP PLEASURE shouldn't be harshly judged for an unplaced effort here last start when she finished almost beside WOOTTON WAY. There were excuses on the day whilst WOOTTON WAY did stick to her task with Tommy Berry aboard. Their race has already produced good form. Stepping up in distance from 1300m can now be regarded as a plus for both DEEP PLEASURE and WOOTTON WAY this afternoon.
