FINANCE SHOGUN led the way here a month ago and gave a decent sight. Now reverts to 1000m which could be a positive thing for him. Lightest raced here and you could make a fair case he should be rising above this level at some stage. Many others here have mixed picnic and pro racing. Not so AQUILION GIRL. She camped wide without cover in stronger grade last start and gets a cute draw today. Better is expected then. MAGNARDO is making hay on the picnic circuit and has settled top three each time (leading once). Couldn't possibly rule her out of making a decent transition to this.
