It's 9 weeks since BOLD BORDEAUX's luckless 5th at Sandown. Suspect he should've gone very close to winning that race. He's had a sound tick-over jump out since behind a good sprinting mare. Love the will to win he showed on debut. Stablemate FLOWERDALE did very well in her first prep. 2L was her longest beaten margin and that was here in bottomless conditions. She's jumped out very nicely. KEEP IT REAL might've bumped into a handy one 1st up before getting the job done 2nd up. Like BOLD BORDEAUX he's a lightly raced 3yo with plenty of scope for improvement. BOHEMIAN ANGEL found her better form 2nd up. The box seat looks likely. ELLY DEE is flying in weaker grade. Gate 1 and a nice weight drop give her some chance.
