SALAMANCA SIX has excellent pace and key jump out is the win over Natural Fling, who was hard held too, (easy winner of Gr3 Quezette), on Soft 7 at Flemington. EKTIFIRE took on Group3 company in Sydney prior to spell. Ran well on debut for a race like this with not much luck. Not pressured in recent trials to be nice and fresh for this. MYSTICAL REALM ran them along in Caulfield Heath trial, with Organised Crime and Oxley Tycoon performing on raceday from that heat. Liked the way STIPULATION gave them a good start over 760m on Cranbourne synthetic but cruised past them late. BARWON HEIGHTS will improve off a solid first up run at Seymour when finishing off solidly off a slow start. Good sectionals last run before spell. TURBO BABAA didn't look happy amongst runners in Saturday metro debut. Led and beat rivals by big margin in jump out at Flemington. FINARDI was expected to run well on debut but didn't run to market expectation. Blinkers go straight on. An improving track could also assist.
