










Decent speed here from 3, 10, 6 and 4. CHEVAL DE BOIS is up in grade a little and won't be claiming past 53 but I have him very happy rising to 2000m for the first time. The barrier may just offer Nock an early challenge to slot in not too far from the front. MO CHROI was rather feeble 2nd-up and the vet said all clear post-race but he will likely make the play here and I'm wary of a quick bounce-back. Not in any great hurry to write off TAMBELOA either, after a poor showing last week he is up a furlong and down in weight. Also in a much easier race on Friday at Port Macquarie.
