Six geldings vs two fillies in this 3YO clash. Main pace from 1 and 3. (Does the Waterhouse/Bott runner settle last here??) BENEVAC (also in R6) only needs to find a half head to get it done and they take a Grima claim for this one. JARRITO through the same race and wasn't far behind. SIR LES has had six weeks before and since the Midway effort last start. ERNAUX doesn't often find gun run and I'm not convinced she loves it this wet but on talent alone she should be up to her neck in this grade. ZOUFAME and ESCARGOES have won lesser races as expected and neither would shock if they make a positive progression.
