On pace runners, 2, 8, 10, 11, 12. SIRAGUSA must not be harshly judged for an unplaced effort here third up on the course proper. There were excuses on the day. ERNAUX did all but win here second up apprentice ridden on the course proper. She can further improve with James McDonald now back aboard. I AM CARROT should not not be troubled by this journey when he resumes today. He's trialed twice recently. CHATTERLEY was presented second up when she handed in quick late sectionals to open her account. Taking the next step isn't already beyond her. PENPEL handed in a solid effort third up when she stepped up to tackle this trip here last start after a twenty-three day break. A quicker back-up now aids her cause.
