On pace runners, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11. PHARLAND struck traffic problems before he refused to shirk his task in defeat on debut at Gosford. Natural improvement can now be made when blinkers are added to his gear. CLAUDEL makes her Kensington track debut at her third start in her first campaign. Efforts to date at Warwick Farm and then at Canterbury suggest that she can open her account today without causing any surprises. READY FORCOCKTAILS was far too good for all except the leader/winner over this distance when she was resuming here last start. She's race-fitter now. PIERRO LAD resumes after two trials in June and this distance will not cause her any issues first up.
