WAIMARIE backs up after sharing the lead and proving too strong last week. NATION'S CALL is likely to push up from the inside alley. Both have genuine claims but I'm with MADIYYA, who should improve on her fresh fifth as favourite over 1300m. Beaten for pace early, she got a long way back. Her closing 400m was encouraging. With Luke Currie taking over she can settle closer and prove hard to hold out. ALTIVO has blinkers on after battling in two stronger races after two years off. He showed promise early his career, winning his first four. FARHH FLUNG will be running on as usual.
