Both first starters have jumped out well with TAUPIN being the preference. He's sure to be competitive here on his home track. There wasn't much between GRAND OLD BOWLER and ON MY OWN when they clashed at Cranbourne Jan.10. The former did find a little trouble at the start and given it was her debut has more upside. 5yo ON MY OWN was 1st up though. His two starts on dry turf are clearly his best.
