Looks a hot race. FIRST REGENT has looked good in two Cranbourne synthetic jump outs. Sat back in latest, came wide and cruised clear. Showed same change up late in previous jump out over last 150m. COSMIC SHOWER hasn't raced for 50 weeks, but has back to back wins in jumpouts here on the synthetic. Asked for an effort in latest and raced clear. EGYPTIAN CROWN, who is a daughter of smart sprinting mare, looks set to run well on debut. Easy winner in the fog at Cranbourne jumpouts and then had a two horse battle to win on Ballarat Synthetic. STAKES looked sharp with an easy win in Flemington turf jumpout and showed change up in Flemington jump out win on the synthetic. VALLO was trending well until last start when pulling up lame. Trained locally and won a jump out here nicely sitting wide the whole way, showing acceleration to get forward and coming deep home turn to win effortlessly. RIP CURRENT has had two runs on wet ground, but feel he was better on firmer ground behind Azzacool and Privateer on good track at Seymour. TAUTO BAR and GOODELLO went well on synthetic. Great race.
