Not a lot of natural pace here. VELVESSA stalked the leaders and then came through the inside under riding to win 1000m jump out on the Cranbourne synthetic track. Family of Levendi and Tully Thunder so extra 200m will suit. JUST MAGIC failed on the heavy track in debut, but was a bit unlucky here last start when had to stop and start again at the 200m when blocked for run on fence. Finished off nicely. MARCH ON BY took on Group 3 company on debut and has been given time to mature. Sat up in the lead and given decent hit out when winning Caulfield Heath jump out. Impressive debut winner Sharaz came through this heat. JUNDAH showed a change up to quicken when ask to win Pakenham jump out on the heavy surface. Okay on good in previous jump outs. Trained here. HEARTSTOPPER wasn't tested in Cranbourne synthetic jump out. Seemed ok on the surface.
