State-based Tote pools across Australia have been combined into a single national Tote ('One Pool'), meaning there is now only one set of Tote dividends nationwide.
This industry-wide change may affect the prices available and how some Tote bets are settled. Tote (TO) now represents the combined national Tote ('One Pool'), while Tote+ (TO+) returns the better of the Tote dividend and Starting Price (SP).

Tough finish to Mortlake Cup Day over the 2000m trip. KINGSFORD looks ready for the step up to this distance after running on OK at Horsham while he drops in class for this. SEMPER FORTIS has tricky gate but the gelding could find this longer race more suitable and won't mind it if the the track is soft. BLACK RUTILE ran on well but just missed over 2200m at Hamilton but should cope with the shorter trip here. PRINCESS SAKIKO was too strong at Avoca and should be around the mark again. IDLING BEHIND is racing consistently and worth including again.
