A tricky edition of the Mortlake Cup but AFTERMATH led and was too good at St Arnaud last Saturday and has drawn for a repeat performance here. UNSEEN RULER will be much fitter for his first-up fourth at Hamilton and has a decent second-up record. BUDJIK BOY ran on steadily after getting back from the outside barrier in the Horsham Cup but he has won over this shorter trip. TIKEMYSON won the Avoca Cup last time out and should again be respected. OMNIC is racing honestly and is worth including again.
