CENTURIAL (1) followed up his narrow defeat by a head in his penultimate start at Pukekohe with a solid fourth in a stronger field at Ellerslie last time out. Dropping back from 1400m to 1200m is the only query, but he is still the one to beat for us. PETITE ROCHER (6) was well supported when failing to run on at Arawa Park 3 weeks ago on a track that was too heavy, and that circuit can trip up a few horses as well. Her form prior was very good, and she can make amends. Stick with her. ELECTRIC ANGEL (5) was put aside after 2 good runs in her first couple of starts in January. A recent trial will ensure that she will be ready to rumble fresh. CHAPPY (2) just battled on debut in December, and he looks to have gone the right way over his spell. He won a recent trial very easily, and he will have plenty of admirers fresh up on his home track. FLORESCENCE (10) makes her debut from the powerful Walker/Bergerson stable, and she has had plenty of trial experience. Follow the money.
