GUAC ON went too hard up front when resuming. He then over-raced after taking a sit but was good through the line second up. The rise to 1350m looks suitable now and he should get every chance to improve from the inside alley. Former NSW filly SCRUMPTIOUS didn't get room when required at her local debut and must be given another chance. MATAWAI was sound in Victoria at all four runs last term and any positive market moves must be respected. HOLLYWOOD EPIC dropped out on synthetic fresh but has since placed in a Beaudesert trial and has second up form.
