At the time of writing (Tuesday) the track is rated a soft 5 but with fine weather forecast there's the chance of an upgrade. The debutante INKWELL comes from an astute yard and bolted in with a recent trial on the Sunshine Coast synthetic. Keep him very safe. SCARTOON faded from on speed fresh but this is a much easier assignment and he can improve accordingly. His stablemate HARRY'S MODE showed pace before fading on debut but has been given time and will be fitter for a recent quiet trial. BEELZIE comfortably won her only trial at her home circuit.
