At the time of writing (Thursday) the track is rated a soft 5 but with fine weather forecast an upgrade is expected. The debutante STAFFO is well related being a half-sister to Group 3 winner Shamalia. She gets in light after the claim and comfortably won a recent home track trial. Fellow first starter ELIZAHRO won her only trial at Warwick and any positive market moves must be respected. BETTER SWEET was sound holding third position throughout on debut and was narrowly denied in a recent Warwick trial. IBEGOOD resumes from a long break but showed ability in her initial prep.
