On pace runners, 5, 7, 8, 9. RING AHOY missed a run when the Tamworth meeting was washed out two days ago. He did look the part at Wyong last start and a switch back from 2100m can be coped with here. SAMURAI WARRIOR handed in quick closing sectionals for the class to score within this distance range at Toowoomba and this race is also within his reach. BONFIDELITY scored on a very heavy Coffs Harbour surface last start and she's also performed strongly on firmer tracks. She must be treated with respect here. MAMMOTH MOUNTAIN was given a freshen-up before there were excuses at Coffs Harbour last start. He must be forgiven for finishing unplaced on the day.
