FRENCH SOUL relished the rise to 1400m when finishing off hard to clear maiden ranks at his second attempt and on that performance the further rise in trip should suit all the more. BAYSIDE had little luck from a wide draw second up and has been game in the placings either side of that. TASSIE POWER proved too tough despite facing the breeze last week and maps to take up a similar position in running here. QUEEN OF MALWA was given a gun to score third up and was again sound holding third position throughout last time.
