FANTABULOUS (1) has shown promise in both career starts and was a bold third at Otaki over 1400m last time out. She maps to get a soft run just behind the speed from the inside draw, she looks capable of taking another step forward. IRISH FLUTE (9) resumes after a 4-month spell and she has been given a quiet trial tune-up at Te Awamutu to get ready. She will want more ground shortly, but if the tempo is true, then she can have the last say. ANNIE BLING (8) showed good speed at Ellerslie last start before tiring late into fourth. She will be spot on with her fitness now, and her first win is not far away. SUNDOWN SAV (7) fought well for third on debut, and she will continue to improve with more racing.
