The market looks to have this race wrong. Solid enough speed expected up front here the 1200m, keen to side with the Brad Widdup trained AUSBRED HED?N?TAIL who make his debut. He?s looked impressive in two recent trials, teasing a smart turn of speed on both occasions. Maps well and is clearly the horse to beat. The danger looks to be the second debutant, PRANKAJ. Back to back quiet trials but I?ve really liked this fillies work through the line. She maps well also and is massive odds. WAN LOST has the race fitness edge but rises in class here second up, at $3.40 I?m happy to take on this galloper. The stablemate FASVARA has had three trials in preparation for this, the inside draw is key here fresh.
