We wind up the day with a restricted 1200m affair where the tempo looks solid should they all turn up (6, 10, 11, 13, 15). PRESS LINK was an excellent winner first run for 412 days when finishing too well for his rivals in a race not at all run to suit. We know from his QLD form he'll appreciate further than the 1200m trip he stays at today however I'm hoping he's still sharp enough to win again. GOSPEL GIRL was narrowly beaten in the same race & will also strip fitter, she's as honest as they come & will park up on the pace. ESTRONDO is flying this prep & is a dual wet track winner.
