TOO TOUGH backs up after his misadventures at the start at Sale last Thursday. He was a $3 chance going into that BM62 so clearly the expectation was for him to measure up to better grade. His maiden win at Moe was good. Prior to that return win he jumped out very well with the promising wet tracker Humza Bey who is much better than maiden class. GODTFRED KIRK is going well for his new stable. 1400m on testing ground was too far for ILLUMINANCE 1st up. She ran ok. She's won race races, both over today's distance. Heavy ground is the unknown. STELLAR MOFEED is struggling to win but she keeps running well. MAGNARDO rarely races on wet ground. Her last defeat at the picnics was on a H8. She won 5 picnic races after that. If Reece Goodwin chooses to run her it's impossible to ignore her winning culture. STAR TRIP draws the extreme outside. The stable often scratch under these circumstances. With T Stockdale down for two of them presume he comes out. If not, he's a great hope after having no luck 1st up.
