Our Chief worked to lead from barrier 15 last time. He'll get an easier lead this time, probably at a comfortable pace. DECALOGUE proved too strong for OUR CHIEF last time and, while he meets him three kilos worse, he looks hard to beat again. Our Chief should give a good sight, especially if he can get a breather mid-race. PADDYPIE stepped up in class at his third start and worked to the line in pleasing style. The rise from 1600m to 2000m should suit him. Waller sends MENTHON down from New South Wales after wins at his past two. Place hopes to DIRNASEER, HARBOUR TOWN and ORLOVA.
