Probably another race to cast net a bit wider. GREY ICE comes off freshen up coming out of a very fast 1400m in Queensland and in higher grade, but went well in solid jump out against Group2 winner Brayden Star over 1400m. Has won on the outside track here first up over 1600m. STAGE 'N' SCREEN came through strongly run event where tearaway opened field right up. Ran on at the finish so rise in trip should suit. Only 1600m run was in Thousand Guineas Group1 where Another Prophet beat Group1 winners Aeliana, Benaqil etc. MYSTERY 'N' DRAMA should not be undersold here as maiden victory was strong in a fast early tempo and 7 lengths quicker than No metro wins victor on the card. MACEDON ROSE always travelled like the winner last start and showed nice change up in the straight to power away. Time was 7 lengths quicker than Octane Reign on the card and the later ran solidly in Saturday metro class.
