Shouldn't be too far away from the on pacers here and maiden win was only 0.12 seconds slower than the open class 1700m on the day, but slower than subsequent winner Brung King. MON ETOILE needs scratchings to get a run, but was terrific from back last start in a big on pace inside biased day. Can win. MY UNCLE DID IT race like she might have been looking for a bit further when on pacers dominated her last race. Beaten in fast time previous start. DIVINE CLEMENTINE has a good bank of 2000m runs under her belt so fitness won't be the issue. Will probably have to go back like she did last start, when running home well in higher grade. LUMPYS HIGHWAY was one of few horses to run on in leader dominated event. Doesn't need to get so far back.
