BLUE GODDESS (5) capped off some solid form with a well-deserved maiden win over this trip at Timaru on a good track. She has been taken along quietly and should now go on with the job. OCEAN BOULEVARD (9) stepped up to a mile and posted her first win here nearly 3 weeks ago, scoring by well over 2 lengths. The extra 600m should not be a problem, and she will be just as hard to hold out here as well. STRONG (4) raced too keenly in front at Riccarton 4 weeks ago and faded badly in the run home. He is much better placed in this, and a form reversal would be no surprise to us. ENDEAN ACE (6) had no luck off a wide trip at Cromwell just over a fortnight ago, and his fourth here before that is the guide to use. With a kinder trip, he can figure in the top 4 at some value. SAVIOUR (7) bounced back into form with a game run for third at Cromwell last time out. He will be at his peak fitness now, and another honest effort can be expected. Include in all combinations.
