INFANTA (10) is the one to beat after winning a C2 at this track last start, when she was unwanted in the market but still found enough to beat L'Oiseaubleu Chinu by just under a length. The return to a proven track profile and Mai Fukuhara staying aboard strengthen the case. JUN FUKARI (5) is the main threat on recent consistency, having run third at this venue before finishing fourth at Kawasaki, and his ability to close off keeps him right in the race despite a modest winning strike-rate. NOBLE PLATINA (13) is on a quick back-up after a fair fourth over 2000m at Kawasaki and is better suited back around a track-and-distance range where he has a win and four placings. JO SALUTE (12) has to rebound from a heavy first-up defeat, but her 1400m record is strong and the Satoshi Kokubo stable gives her enough profile to improve second-up.
