INVENTION (1) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 2000m at this track, beaten only one length after being in the firing line on the bend. Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. MEISHO FUSO (4) last appeared three-and-a-half weeks ago over 1800m at Funabashi when he finished fourth. This is his first run for the Takeshi Minowa stable. Sure to be primed for this. RUBBLE PILE (2) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fifth, beaten 4.5 lengths, over 2000m at this track. Has never been out of the placings at the third run in and is capable of sharp improvement. AN PATO (7) turned in a much better effort last time out to score by one length over 2000m at this track. Well placed to feature in the finish again.
