KAZANLAK (17) is back from a spell of three months. Was narrowly beaten at his only appearance when last in work at this track over 1800m. Has ability and should be right in the finish. FIELD NOTE (15) wasted no time getting off the mark on debut over 1600m at Nakayama 16 months ago and has not raced since. Has plenty of upside and can win again despite the long absence. SONIC LINE (11) turned in a solid run when resuming last start over this course and distance, finishing third and beaten only 0.6 lengths. Should travel just off the lead and looks sure to be competitive. IN MY POCKET (10) last appeared when fourth over 1500m at Sapporo nine months ago at the only appearance of that campaign. Among the better hopes.
