QUAI BRANLY (10) turned in a good effort on debut 12 weeks ago when 2 lengths away in second at this track over 1600m. Has not been to the races since that outing. Sure to have improved over the break and looks well placed to be in the finish again. MOGENSEN (14) is close to breaking through, last start finishing just a neck away in second over 1200m at Nakayama Dirt after being in the firing line all the way. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role. NAC SPLENDOR (6) hit the line strongly on debut last start to finish second, beaten 2 lengths over 1200m at Nakayama Dirt. Promising type who is suited over the longer trip. VALBONA (15) returns after 12 weeks in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with an eighth over 1200m at Fukushima. Can kick off with a bold showing.
