SANTO MONARCA (2) displayed plenty of early toe and went on to score dominantly last time out over 1400m at this track. Drawn to take a nice trail just off the speed. Meeting a deeper field this time but he deserves plenty of thought. HIGH LOVE SONG (9) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second last time out over this track and trip. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. CAL BAY CRUISE (7) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when second here. Should park just off the speed. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. BONNE NOUVELLE (6) best of the rest.
