TURIN CHAMPIONS (1) flew home to score last start over this course and distance, winning by 0.5L. He looks a nice gelding on the way up and the wide draw isn't an issue as he tends to get back anyway. Can fly home once again from the back of the pack. MABUBU (2) was just fair last start but that's turned out to be a handy race. He'll be better for that run and the inside draw means he won't have to do too much work early. Can turn in an improved performance. ALL'S WELL (3) is better than he showed last start when racing as the favourite over this track and trip. He's had a quiet trial since, with his form prior suggesting he was close to a win. DBM rides now and he can bounce back to form. PERIDOT (12) hasn't been far away in recent efforts and can be thereabouts once again.
