GENTLEMEN LEGACY (2) drops back to 1800m today following a strong effort over 2000m last time out at this track. Purton hops back in the saddle now and the pair went close to winning over this track and trip first-up this season. Can return to winning ways under this scenario. PRESTIGE GOOD (5) finished 0.3L from the winner over 2000m last time out and now gets J-Mac in the saddle. He'll be able to lob in a midfield position with the drop back to 1800m no issue. Showed last start he's knocking on the door and can play a leading role once again. THE AUSPICIOUS (13) dropped back in trip last and flew late, finishing only 1L away in a bunched finish over 1800m. Getting out to 1800m now looks ideal and he remains down in the weights. Showed last start he's up to this grade and can get back to winning ways. SNOWFIELD (6) is sure to be flying late in the race once again.
