LUMINOUS (9) is the one to beat after a debut third at this track, beaten just over a length by Special Sunshine after coming from a long way back. The move to 1200m is untested, but that closing effort and the fact he already holds Wonpyeong Cat from the same race give him the clearest exposed profile. PLOTTER (5) has no race experience, yet his pedigree page is deep enough to command respect, with several winning siblings, and he profiles as the main danger if he brings professional manners first time out. WONPYEONG CAT (6) was sixth behind Special Sunshine on debut, beaten just under five lengths, but he made solid inroads and was near the top of an open market, so improvement would put him into the contest. GHOST THUNDER (8) has had two starts and was better when fourth last time, beaten six lengths by B Work, though he still looks more a place chance than a proven winning force.
