ILGEUP BISUL (8) gets the nod after making late ground for fourth as favourite last start, beaten three lengths by Jeju Blue at this venue. Her previous second on soft ground gives the form some depth, and while her 1400m record is not yet compelling, she has the most convincing recent profile. MYEONG POWERFUL (9) is still learning but has shown enough in two runs to be a real danger, closing off on debut before sticking on for fifth at this trip. GEUMSEONG BULPAE (3) improved sharply when third over 1700m last start and is race fit, though the first go around 1400m is the main qualification. GLOBAL HANAM (7) returns after two months, with his close second two runs back keeping him in the mix if he handles the longer trip.
