T O PASSWORD (5) comes here off a break of ten weeks. Worth noting he filled a minor placing in a Listed race when returning from a spell last prep over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt. Yet to prove himself at this level but rates highly and should take some beating. LUXOR CAFE (3) didn’t threaten when resuming last start over 1600m in the G1 Yasuda Kinen at Tokyo, finishing 11th, beaten 5.5 lengths. Has been in the money at each second-up start. Ready to find peak form this time in a far easier contest. WAYWARD ACT (8) showed good pace and went on to score by 3.5 lengths when resuming last time out over 1700m at Hakodate Dirt. Must raise the bar but a win is not out of the question. NATURAL RISE (4) was unplaced two runs back when fresh from a spell then again missed the frame last start over 2000m at Ohi, beaten 9 lengths into eighth. Has won two from two at this distance and can figure in the finish this time.
