BERTASO (4) doesn't have the best strike rate but ran a strong race when resuming from a spell last time out over 1000m at this track, finishing second and beaten 1.75 lengths. Top run from a wide gate fresh and drawn to go one better. WIN MASQUERADE (12) made progress last start to finish third over 1000m at this track. Ready to win. Definite winning chance. MAGNESIA BRICK (10) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on February 1, finishing 17th and beaten 11 lengths over 1200m at Kokura. Should park just off the speed. One of the main contenders. MIENO BRAVO (16) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1200m at Fukushima, beaten 2.5 lengths. Likely improver who looks sure to play a big role.
