Not a lot of depth to this. LULU LIMA (12) is coming along nicely with back-to-back minor placings, the latest when second over 2000m at Fukushima at her third run in from a spell. Cherry-ripe now and should be too good for these. JOYEUX NOEL (5) returned from a spell seven weeks ago when she was beaten 3 lengths into fourth over 1600m at Chukyo. Must raise the bar but she is the logical danger. CHIARAMENTE (14) is back from a spell of ten weeks. Turned in a fair effort at Nakayama over 1600m at her only run last prep, finishing sixth and beaten 2.25 lengths. Will be handy despite the tricky draw. Should be involved in the finish. QUEENS WHARF (8) doesn't win out of turn but ran a nice race when resuming from a spell last time out over 1800m at Fukushima, finishing third and beaten 1.75 lengths. Sure to be in the mix.
