HOKKAI DAIO (5) turned in a fine effort to win by 2 lengths at today's course and distance last time out to continue his outstanding recent form. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is one of the key runners. KAWATEN BACCHUS (2) had been in great form winning two on end before finishing second last time out over 2000m at this track. No surprise to see him atone. BIARRITZ (1) is yet to break through in 10 runs. Finished fourth at her last appearance over 1700m at this track on April 9. Cannot be ruled out in this suitable assignment. CAMERON (8) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1700m at this track, beaten 6 lengths into sixth. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
