A SHIN CARBINE (1) won at this track and distance at his last outing four-and-a-half months ago. Goes very well here having never been out of the placings. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. ANFANG (9) is ready to win after he just missed last time, beaten a head into second over 1500m at this track after being prominent from the outset. Settles close to the speed. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. JOHAYO (8) is having her first run since October 3. Has a strong record when fresh with two wins from four runs, the most recent over 1500m at this track at the start of last prep. Winning chance while fresh. BIG SANJO (4) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing tenth at this track over 920m after she gave away a big start. Good enough on her day and can play a prominent role.
