FALCHION (12) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second last time out over 1400m at Mizusawa. Can cross from an awkward gate. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. AILE PLAISIR (11) made good late inroads and got up for third over today's trip at Mizusawa last start. A repeat of the latest effort will see him in the finish again. MARUKEI FORTE (7) is poised to win after placing at his last three outings, most recently when second over 1400m at Mizusawa when he was always up in the leading division. Looks well placed so expect another big run. HAKUSHIN MALPENSA (2) finished 2 lengths behind the winner in fifth over 1400m at Mizusawa last start after lifting strongly to score two runs back. Should camp just off the leaders. In the mix.
