Expected to bring the good form from last campaign to this contest. JASPER MAJOR (4) resumes. Was racing well immediately prior to the break registering two minor placings in a row, the latest over this course and distance. His strike-rate at this course and distance is formidable. A bold showing is likely. TOSEN JACK (11) missed the frame last start when he was never in contention over 1400m at Kasamatsu, finishing ninth. Good enough to turn the recent form around. STREAM (3) finished ninth place when resuming over 1500m last start at Nagoya. Second up record is very strong and can improve sharply here.
