SAMIDARE KNIGHTS (4) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 2200m at Hanshin. Drawn for a nice run just off the speed. Looks well placed this line-up so expect another big run. TAMAMO LAMP (10) doesn't have the best strike rate but ran a strong race when runner-up fresh. Course and distance winner and fitter again. Hard to beat on best. HAGINO PIACERE (2) is a talented filly who tackled a tougher race at her last run on April 27 and finished tenth behind Kamunyak over 2000m in the G2 Sankei Sports Sho Flora Stakes (Japanese Oaks Trial) at Tokyo. Drawn to enjoy a nice trail just off the pace. Will give backers a great sight. SUNRISE BUBBLE (14) finished third last start over 2200m at Hanshin when he made late ground, beaten 3.5 lengths. Ready to go a couple better.
