GALE RIDER (14) was a winner two back at Hanshin Dirt then was competitive last time when fourth over 1400m at Hanshin Dirt, beaten only 0.7 lengths. Racing well this time in. Wide gate but top rider aboard and will go close. Will give a great sight. ANZU AME (12) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 1200m at Hanshin Dirt. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. HAKUSAN IRIS (11) missed the frame when resuming from a break last time out, finishing fourth and beaten 0.9 lengths over 1400m at this track. Has a solid second-up record and will strip much fitter for this. Solid winning chance in this line up. WANDERER (3) drew wide last time and missed the placings when fourth over 1400m at Tokyo Dirt. Sound record at this distance with three wins and four minor placings from nine runs and is not to be discounted.
