MILITARY TATTOO (1) settled back before coming home strongly to score on debut over 1800m at this track two weeks ago. Promising type who can go back-to-back. MIKKI MERMAID (9) has not raced since she finished fifth over 1800m at Tokyo on February 1. Hard to go past. PEISHA SIS (2) drifted well back last start then wound up strongly to finish fourth, beaten 2 lengths, over 1600m at Kyoto. Outsprinted in the run home but kept coming and appears suited by the longer journey. One of the main contenders. MEISHO PIRKA (5) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid second at this track over 1800m. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways.
